Olivyah Bowens is a mother of two, a doula, birth photographer and an advocate for women's maternal health and wellbeing. Through her popular Instagram feed @herholisticpath she guides women to prepare for the best births they can. Here she speaks honestly about her own pregnancies and births, and the shortcomings of the medical system.
She honestly shares about the challenges of modern motherhood without the support of a village and the ways she supports herself to keep learning and growing through it.
I really loved this conversation, Olivyah is so honest about her journey and the issues she has with the spiritual and wellness industries. She is passionate and there is so much wisdom, as well as practical tips in here.
